REMINDER: ALL PLAYERS MUST FILL OUT THE ONLINE WAIVER. NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO PLAY IN ANY GAME WITHOUT THIS COMPLETED. Go to www.LNsportspark.com, on the right hand side click “Sports Login”. You will then create an account with your email and sign off on the waiver. Thank you!
